Agreement For Bubi’s Catering Services

The client hereby authorizes Bubi’s to proceed with the order for catering services in accordance with plans, quotes and costs as submitted in the dated proposal.

The client will reserve for an estimated number of guests. This number will be used as a basis for purchasing, scheduling and preparation with the final guarantee to be given to the caterer seven days prior to the event. From that time on it may be increased but not decreased. If no guarantee is received seven days in advance, Bubi’s will assume that the guarantee to be the estimated number.

A deposit of $100 is required to reserve the date. In the event of a cancellation, half of the deposit will be refunded if a comparable event is booked and served on the service date.

50% of the total billing must be paid on or before the sixth week preceding your event. The balance is due seven days prior to the event.

Bubi's reserves the right to renegotiate prices or make reasonable substitutions on any party quoted more than six months in advance.

Bubi's is not responsible for damage or loss of customer’s equipment and property.

A signed copy of this agreement along with a deposit check must be returned to Bubi's.
